4. Weifang Jin Meng River Dredging Cutter Suction Dredger Feature and Application
This Weifang Jin Meng river dredging cutter suction dredger is equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on. It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices. Generally, it has functions on dredging, conveying and discharging of mud or sand. It can produce certain amount of vacuum by the centrifugal pump.
Detachable Structure
The river dredging cutter suction dredger is detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or moving from one working site to another.
Shijiazhuang Pump
Flow passage components use High wear resistant alloy Cr27 to prolonged the pump service life, pump shaft seal use packing seal which is easy to maintain , and anti-friction bearings are from Japanese brand NSK.
Cutter head
For one cutter head, there are 5 blade, 8 teeth equipped on one blade. There is material High chromium. for easy-wearing proof.
Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; JMD650 cutter suction dredger is equipped with 650kw power, cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units.

Pipes and floaters
Sea sand dredging cutter suction dredger will be equipped with pipelines for solid discharging work.
Pipelines usually include three parts: Pipes, floaters and rubber hose.
There are three kinds pipes(Steel pipe, HDPE pipe and self-floating pipes) for customer to choose according to the discharged solid material.
Customers can buy pipes by themselvies or from us . If customers have special requirements, the pipelines can be custom made by suppliers.
About shipping package: pipelines will be shipped by 40" HQ containers .
Kind reminder: customers shall buy extra pipelines as spares.
