Cutter head sand suction dredge is designed and constructed as a dismantle type non-self-propelled cutter head sand suction dredge, suitable for dredging operation of soil type II~IV, including fine sand, clay, silt, coarse sand, etc., in inland water and coastal area.
The hull of cutter head sand suction dredge is composed by five pontoons, including one main pontoon and four side pontoons. The pontoons are full steel welding and are combined together by specially designed connecting pieces for convenient dismantle and assembly. All main parts of cutter head sand suction dredge can be dismantled easily for transportation by sea, railway or road.

Cutter head sand suction dredge is a small type hydraulic controlled, assembling cutter head sand suction dredge. It is used for river channel dredging,canal and water storage dredging. The dredging devices are driven by hydraulic, concentrate controlled. The main cutter head sand suction dredge body is made up of three pontoons, which can be assembled when dredging. The operator cabin is dismountable,which can lower the height of the dredger when maneuvering and allow the cutter head sand suction dredge to pass bridges. When the cutter head sand suction dredge is transported long distance or passing not conjunctive water areas,the small dredger body can be dismounted and transported by trucks or trains. The cutter head sand suction dredge can be fixed with anchor casting pole, trolley.The cutter driving device use lub oil and sealings.
