2. Diesel Engine Cutter Head Suction Dredge Description
Diesel engine cutter head suction dredge is designed and constructed as a dismantle type non-self-propelled diesel engine cutter head suction dredge, suitable for dredging operation of soil type II~IV, including fine sand, clay, silt, coarse sand, etc., in inland water and coastal area.
The hull of diesel engine cutter head suction dredge is composed by five pontoons, including one main pontoon and four side pontoons. The pontoons are full steel welding and are combined together by specially designed connecting pieces for convenient dismantle and assembly. All main parts of diesel engine cutter head suction dredge can be dismantled easily for transportation by sea, railway or road.
The diesel engine cutter head suction dredge is equipped with one diesel engine driving dredge pump.
One harbor generator is equipped on teh deck of diesel engine cutter head suction dredge.

4. Weifang Jin Meng Diesel Engine Cutter Head Suction Dredge Feature and Application
Equipment on diesel engine cutter head suction dredge are as bellows: traversing device, cutter ladder lifting device, spuds and deck crane.
The diesel engine cutter head suction dredge working process is as following: the cutter head cut the sand underwater to mixture of slurry, then through dredging pump to the pipeline; at the end of the slurry will be discharged by pipeline on land to the required place.
